Detailed Ordering Procedure
Forms are a "PAIN", but follow these easy steps and you will be surprised just how agreeable and quick it can be! Use our Site Plan (left of page) to navigate with a forward/back link on each page.
"Out-of-Stock" itemscannot be ordered. This a temporary situation and our stocks and site are updated regularly. Insert the number required in the quantity box Then press the order button
A"Thank You"menu pops up. Click "close" and continue shopping.
Your Order Summary button appears at the foot of each page or on the Site Plan "Order Summary"
. This summary can be consulted (and modified) at any time during the order.
Order completed click to "checkout" on the "Order Summary".Checkout Step 1. Customer Information
Returning Customers only should complete the "Returning Customer Login" with e-mail address and password for automated Billing Information to appear.
New Customers must complete "Billing Information". Boxes marked * are mandatory). N.B. "State" is mandatory, so for customers outside the USA select the first line "Aa" to replace "State"
"Shipping Information" does not need to be completed UNLESS different from "Billing Information" Should you wish to cancel "Shipping Information" but still retain your "Billing Information", click on the "clear shipping fields" button. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Community, we have to include an invoice with the delivery. So, if you are giving as a present you may prefer to receive the goods yourself and then send them on.
"Shipping Method" is by default "regular shipping" (by priority post) with a full tracking facility.
"Select Payment Method" is by default credit card (only).
"Special Instructions" for any questions or special instructions for us to note
"Password" and "Password Confirmation" completing these will save time on your next order.
Click "continue to checkout" button
Checkout Step 2. "Verify your Order" (You are now on a secure ssl server - check lock symbol at the bottom of your browser)
Carefully check your Order and Billing details (should anything be wrong return to Step 1"Customer Information" to correct by using your browser return key).
Select your card type on the drop menu. Please complete correct number, name (as it appears on the card) and expiration date (drop menus)
Click "checkout" button
Step 3 "Complete Order"
This is the final checkout step and please keep a copy of this page which gives you your Order I.D. and final order billing.
Our system is easy and user-friendly. You will rapidly receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your purchase and we will proceed with processing your order. However, should any mechanical "bleep" happen, just send a quick e-mail to mailto:sales@windsorshop.net?subject=customer service. We will deal with it immediately!
