PAYMENT is by Credit Card only. The following credit
cards are accepted: Visa,
Mastercard, American Express.
All transactions go to our secure
server and payment is processed by our bank before
despatch of goods. You will receive a clear confirmation of the
transaction by e-mail. After payment is processed and confirmed,
your credit card details are automatically removed from our data-base,
so card details would have to be re-entered even for returning
customers. If you have no Credit Card or do not wish to use it,
send us an e-mail listing the items you wish to order.
We will contact you to arrange payment by bank transfer (all EC
countries) or by cheque (France, Germany or UK only).
TRANSPORT Is included in our prices for delivery anywhere
in the European Community. All orders will be despatched from our
Euro-Depot in France. Despatch is by Priority Postal Service and
is normally less than one week after confirmation of order. Each
delivery can be tracked at any time. There is a Fixed Handling
Charge of Euros 15.-- (all weights).
LOCAL TAXES - Value-Added-Tax (VAT) is included in our
prices. An invoice stating that VAT at 19.6% has been
paid will be included with the goods. You will not be liable to
pay any VAT or other duties in your own E.C. member country.
STOCK
AVAILABILITY - Our stocks are regularly updated, but some items
may be marked
Such items will return to stock regularly. If you wish for
these specific items, please consult and order at a later date.
BREAKAGE, LOSS &
FAULTS Breakage or fault must be advised WITHIN 3
DAYS OF RECEIPT. Subject to verification on our part, we shall
replace such items free of charge. Non-receipt of goods should be clearly notified by e-mail
(quoting your delivery reference number) if not received within a
REASONABLE time after our estimated delivery delays (plus order
preparation time). Please refer above to "ordering", "transport" and
"taxes". We will immediately set up a tracer mechanism and inform you
accordingly.
RETURNS &
REFUNDS - Goods can be returned within 30 days of
receipt. A full refund of the original purchase price of the items
(exclusive of delivery charges) will be made. However, all items
MUST BE re-packed in the same way as received.
Reimbursement is made
subsequent to safe receipt of the returned goods.
