Our "Eggpot"® Microwave Egg Coddler is a small miracle.  It encourages healthy nutrition, enormous variation and is an excellent 'weight-watcher'.  They are all in fine bone china and, therefore, completely hygienic (non-porous) and safe in high temperatures.   The lid has a small perforation to allow for evaporation.  Click photos  to enlarge image.

◄Click the Egg Picture for our basic "Easy Egg" recipe.   Then make up your own combinations by simply adding cheese, chopped ham, chicken, onions, mushrooms, fish etc. etc. With a little adaptation and co-operation (between you and your  microwave) you will soon become a master 'Eggpotter' with an infinite variety of quick, fresh, mouth-watering menus.  However,  just a few general guidelines:

Set your Microwave around 500 watts.  Recipes average 30-40 seconds (depending on content).
